Crysis is the next generation of video games, it is packed with intense explosions, new weapons, and the latest graphic and lighting experience from the Crytek crew. EA Games have outdone themselves on this game.
Up close like this, textures were very crisp and the lighting inside the burning ship cast a beautiful glow on the cabin which was wonderful. This was also a great opportunity to really see some of the alien stuff up close along with their weapons effects and explosions. The aliens shown floated through the air and shot a couple of different types of weapons including a freeze ray. More importantly, when they explode, they go out in serious style. The explosion warps the surrounding area distorting all of the light and smoke in one of the most spectacular effects I’ve seen in PC gaming.
