Although the upgraded Treo 750 is available in other countries, there has been a delay on the shipments going to the US. Although we all thought that the new Treo would come anytime now, there was a new announcement yesterday saying how the Treo 750 would be delayed until the third quarter of 2007, probably around July.Â
How come? Well Palm’s Ed Colligan said that the delay was because of the certification “of a key product.â€

Since Palm’s fiscal year is not the same as a calendar year, the July date is wrong. Palm’s fiscal quarter 2 ends December 1st, so early third quarter is probably closer to late December/early January.
